onex_change_control PR #13549 added contracts/OMN-20885.yaml, but dev now carries that contract (from companions #13656, #13659, #13696, declaring AC1 and AC2), so the add/add copy left AC2 unbound and the Acceptance-Criterion Binding Gate refused it. This commit rebuilds the change on dev 4cce4b8: it keeps dev's contract and appends this PR's four dod_evidence items at the end of the list (omnimarket#3702 title-check tests and source readback, omnibase_compat#226 and omniclaude#2655 schema-compat tests), plus their receipts. The omniclaude#2655 item id was 51 characters, over the 50-character limit validate-contract-yaml enforces, so it is renamed to dod-omn20885-omniclaude-pr-2655-schema-compat and its receipt was re-captured at omniclaude 58230c32 (7 passed). The other three receipts' contract_entry_sha256 still match.

OCC evidence companion for OmniNode-ai/omnimarket#3702, ticket OMN-20885.
Adds contracts/OMN-20885.yaml and two PASS receipts under drift/dod_receipts/OMN-20885, bound to pr_number 3702 and commit_sha 2f203ddc4b6882f75c180c692ff2f1c0b87ad86c.
The focused test file tests/nodes/node_pr_title_check_compute/test_golden_chain_pr_title_check_compute.py returned 40 passed on lab host h101, including parity, CLI, RuntimeLocal golden and error bus chains.
The gh API source probe counts class HandlerPrTitleCheck at that head: green exit 0, red exit 1 at parent 7a3a6d693b3831fe7b9d946eb1c2c1e34fb05d7d. This is source readback, not a production deployment claim.
Both receipt captures print PROBE CAPTURED; YAML parse, yamlfmt, check-yamlfmt-contamination and check-receipt-hardening pass. The deploy-gate validator passes against the companion contract.
Separately, the Delegation Health Check failure names delegation-regression-nightly run 38035283766; this companion does not change that verdict.
