This PR adds hand-authored evidence for OmniNode-ai/omnibase_infra#4666 (ticket OMN-17292, omnimarket contract pin advance to e565ba5ba00c, head 9e780acd36f49cdf24e44aaf0586f8925cdb91b3).

Changes:

• Adds dod_evidence entry dod-OmniNode-ai-omnibase_infra-pr-4666-ci to contracts/OMN-17292.yaml.
• Adds a PASS receipt at drift/dod_receipts/OMN-17292/dod-OmniNode-ai-omnibase_infra-pr-4666-ci/command.yaml.
• Probe captured via check_receipt_hardening --capture-probe.

Verification:

• yamlfmt, check-yamlfmt-contamination, and check-receipt-hardening passed locally.

Reason:

• occ-autobind did not mint a companion (no red derivable), and Receipt Gate failed at Resolve Evidence-Source.
• Same shape as OCC#12924.
