Adds contracts/OMN-20522.yaml and drift/dod_receipts/OMN-20522/dod-OmniNode-ai-omnibase-core-pr-1882/command.yaml for OmniNode-ai/omnibase_core#1882 (head 2e0c3b4604a93f77ecc03475ee56a0f894d96675). The receipt is a PASS result captured via check_receipt_hardening.py --capture-probe. The probe command `grep -c -- '--workflow-runs-file' scripts/ci/ci_summary_gate.py` printed 1 and exited 0. This resolves the Contract Compliance Check failure for "PR body is missing required 'Evidence-Source:' line" due to a missing companion. yamlfmt, check-yamlfmt-contamination, and check-receipt-hardening pass.

This PR serves as the change-control evidence companion for
OmniNode-ai/omnibase_core#1882. It addresses a CI Summary L4 red status caused by the absence of a requiredEvidence-Source:line in the original PR body. This companion PR provides the necessary contractual and drift evidence to satisfy theomnibase_core Contract Compliance Check.Context
