PR Title Check now installs published
omnimarket==0.4.310and runsnode_pr_title_check_computein an isolated Python 3.12 environment. The job remainspr-title, namedpr-title / check-title, with the existing pull request triggers and effective runner expression. The manifest declares its local producer using the existing schema.The child contract binds workflow shape, installed-node verdict parity and manifest criteria to executable checks in the focused test file.
The clean-root and naming hooks use
uv run --frozen pythonto resolve the project interpreter when the host has nopythonexecutable on PATH.
