Summary

• start the runtime image entrypoint as a bounded root bootstrap phase
• repair fresh Docker named volume ownership for /app/data, /app/data/delegation, /app/logs, and /app/tmp
• re-exec the entrypoint as omniinfra with gosu before fingerprint stamping, Bifrost rendering, or runtime launch
• update Docker security tests and add a fresh-volume bootstrap regression guard
