chore(OMN-20704): move route job to omnimarket reusable workflow - #1907

Move the `route` job's `uses:` in `.github/workflows/ci.yml` from `OmniNode-ai/omniclaude/.github/workflows/route-runner-reusable.yml@966d61ce9f0c2eb6e18b317c2453bdfbe9eeb7d0` to `OmniNode-ai/omnimarket/.github/workflows/route-runner-reusable.yml@01a0d1b3e7d7ba1a09012f9af245ba29afa000b5`. **Context** - Operator ruling 2026-10-07 (lane orchestrator-716d) established that omnimarket houses all workflows. - omnimarket v0.4.303 (commit `01a0d1b3e7d7ba1a09012f9af245ba29afa000b5`) is released and carries `omnimarket#3533` (commit `199bb54fd`), which hosts `route-runner-reusable.yml` in omnimarket. - The omnimarket copy is the omniclaude copy unchanged except for full-sha action pins (checkout, setup-uv, upload-artifact) and the doc comment; the job id (`route`) and the job name are the same. - The caller job name stays "Runner Route (OMN-18031)", so the check name stays "Runner Route (OMN-18031) / route". - omniclaude's copy of `route-runner-reusable.yml` is NOT deleted in this change. **Changes** - One line changed in one file. **Reviewer Note** - public-repo-hygiene is red fleet-wide until `omnibase_internal#290` merges and the org variable moves, so that red is not this PR's. **Testing** - Local checks run: pre-commit hooks at commit time.

The only change is the route job's uses, which is pinned to OmniNode-ai/omnimarket@01a0d1b. Hosted CI on this head had just started when this comment was written and serves as the merge gate. |
