fix: color compact phone status bar segments

Summary

• Render the compact phone status bar as semantic colored segments instead of one monochrome string.
• Color status, model, context, duration, voice, session count, background jobs, cost, and cwd independently.
• Add context usage tones: green for low, amber for moderate, red for high.

Why

• Mirrors the latest upstream PR fix(tui): make phone status readable NousResearch/hermes-agent#36095 update after fork mirror fix: keep phone Hermes session alive and status readable #53 had already merged.
• Improves phone readability without letting status words wrap or overflow on narrow terminals.
