Convertible Deposits

The Convertible Deposits system allows for whitelisted assets to be deposited through an infinite capacity auction that is tuned by the Emission Manager. It allows for depositors to deposit their assets in return for the opportunity to purchase OHM at a discount to the future market price.

The underlying infrastructure (e.g. DepositManager) is designed to be flexible and reusable for other purposes.

Notes:

• While it was audited in the first round, there were design issues with the YieldDepositFacility contract. It has been excluded from this PR (Convertible Deposits: Remove YieldDepositFacility and tests #146) and split into a separate PR (Convertible Deposits: Yield Deposit Facility #147).
