link in readme is dead and file is gone

Fixes OfficeDev#17 . Looks like a syntax error in the reference link for SSMS

I put a Pull request in to fix this. For reference the link you were looking for (for SSMS) is here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42299

That link was wrong too, but I was mostly talking about the fact that the gettingstarted file is entirely missing from the repository

Looks like the link was broken back in this commit. It does not look like there was ever a getting started document in the repo.
