Show Badge for Archived Repositories on Repository Page

Describe the solution you'd like

Currently, archived repositories in OWASP Nest do not have a visible badge or indicator on their repository page. This can make it unclear to users which repositories are no longer actively maintained.

Proposed Change:

• Display a clear “Archived” badge on the repository page for all archived repositories.
• Ensure the badge is visually distinct and accessible (e.g., color, tooltip).
• Optional: Include a note in the repository description or near the repository actions to indicate it is archived.

References / Examples:

• GitHub displays an “Archived” banner on archived repositories.
• Could follow similar visual style to maintain consistency with the platform UI.
