What

Update node version

  • Update ci node version
  • Update nvmrc node version
  • Update dockerfile node version
  • Replaced node-sass with sass as not supported with node >= 20.x
  • Update stylesheets with sass migrator

How to review

  • Tests pass
  • Run library
  • Run services using the library CSS and JS should work
    • dp-frontend-homepage-controller
