Thanks for highlighting this! Maybe a mismatch between our current CPT4 version in Athena and what is in UMLS.

just recently, with the latest release, we are now experiencing issues with resolving 312 new concepts that had been added from a more recent CPT4 version. They exist in UMLS but somehow the API call does not get them. Bumping this issue to high priority now.

While this has been temporarily solved for the v5 download by a patched cpt4.jar, for v4 downloads the unpatched jar file is still in the download zip, as of this issue in the vocabulary repository.
But more importantly, the cpt4.jar logic still needs to be adjusted so that the UMLS API is properly accessed and patching the jar file is not necessary.

I am facing #280 issues. How can I solve this issue? is patched cpt4.jar can solve this problem. Where I can find this jar file? Please could you help me? Thank you.

I assume @siddhesh-nalawade , that you are not using the v4 vocabularies download. In that case (you are using v5 vocabularies), the above issue is not affecting you.
