Summary

Redesign the project-thread Live / History activity strip above the composer so it matches the Declared Plans rail instead of dumping raw mono ACP/tool output.

  • Card rows with muted uppercase “Live activity” / “Recent activity” chrome (same language as Declared Plans)
  • Thinking truncated to a one-line preview; expand for the full text
  • Tool rows show status (Running / Done / Failed) + headline; long results stay collapsed behind a disclosure
  • Escaped one-line dumps (\n) are humanized before display

Founder UX feedback on agent activity while running (Declared Plans already liked). None filed as a numbered issue.

Testing

  • Desktop unit suite (projectThreadMissionControl helpers for status + text humanization)
  • E2E: Project thread phase chips and transcript peek stay reviewable after completion (passed)

Match Declared Plans chrome: card rows, status pills, and collapsed
tool/thinking dumps so live agent activity is scannable instead of a
raw mono log.
