There are numerous updates to the wrapper scripts and additional utility scripts for estimating the background for stray light observations. In a future release many of these wrapper scripts will be move to their own module.

For developers, this removes astropy-helpers in favor of a more modern build approach as per the astropy APE17. All syntax for installation remains the same.

The documentation has been scrubbed so that all functions should now appear and all functions should additional have docstrings that describe their use and will now appear on the readthedocs integration. Where appropriate we have also included unit tests to confirm that the build passes muster.

As always, we welcome any suggestions for updates, bug reports, or documentation change suggestions. There is now a dedicated nustar-gen-utils channel on the NuSTAR Slack workspace.
