Now with FPP3 Data

This is the first actual data added to the package, taken from the excellent online textbook Forecasting: Principles and Practice, 3rd ed and the accompanying R packages FPP3 and tsibbledata. This is meant to be a Python equivalent for students to use.

Changed PyPI package name

Changed the name of the package to py-tsdata to avoid the conflict on PyPI.

Second try publishing

It seems tsdata was previously a package on PyPI. It's no longer available, but the file names conflicted. Let's try again w/ a higher version.

Initial Publish

This is currently the shell of a package.
