Summary

add a reusable local Open WebUI bootstrap script for Hermes Agent
document the script in the Open WebUI integration guide
fix the docs to say Open WebUI must use the exact Hermes API key
add a troubleshooting note about Open WebUI persisting saved connections

Verification
