feat(desktop): double-Enter sends the queued turn - #73101

…nter Empty Enter while busy was a hard no-op, so a queued turn could only be sent early via the panel's send arrow or Cmd+Shift+K. With prompts queued, a second Enter now promotes the head and interrupts, mirroring the idle empty-Enter drain. Nothing queued keeps the old no-op. The panel's send-now row action switches from a bare up-arrow to the return glyph, so the row states the keybind the double-send uses.

Enter on an empty composer while a turn is running was a hard no-op, so a queued follow-up could only jump the line via the queue panel's row arrow or Cmd+Shift+K. Now a second Enter sends it — the first Enter queues the words, the second promotes the head and interrupts, mirroring the idle empty-Enter drain. With nothing queued it stays a no-op, so a stray Enter still can't Stop a run.
The queue panel's send-now row action also switches from a bare up-arrow to the return glyph, so opening the panel shows the same key the double-send uses.
