Thanks for extending the existing Telegram observed-context model to Feishu. The current Feishu mention gate does leave a real gap, but the new authorization wiring needs correction before this is safe to merge.
Problems
plugins/platforms/feishu/adapter.py:4285runs_allow_group_message()before the new observer branch at:4290._allowed_group_usersis still loaded only fromFEISHU_ALLOWED_USERSat:1553-1557, so either newFEISHU_GROUP_ALLOWED_*setting can leave unmentioned traffic rejected before it is observed.plugins/platforms/feishu/adapter.py:4355clearsuser_idfor triggered turns.gateway/authz_mixin.py:362-364then rejects that shared source unless the chat-scoped allowlist matched first. ConsequentlyFEISHU_GROUP_ALLOWED_USERScannot authorize the production observe path;tests/gateway/test_unauthorized_dm_behavior.py:324-349tests only a source that still has a user ID.- The new user-facing settings are absent from
website/docs/user-guide/messaging/feishu.md:539-566andwebsite/docs/reference/environment-variables.md:371-382.
Suggested changes
- Make observed-group admission explicitly chat-scoped and reconcile it with Feishu's existing group policy before the mention rejection; then add an end-to-end intake/trigger/shared-session test.
- Preserve a valid authorization mechanism after source sharing, or limit observe mode to chat-scoped authorization.
Automated hermes-sweeper review.

_allow_group_message() has already run at :4285, but this PR does not make either FEISHU_GROUP_ALLOWED_* value part of that adapter gate. With the normal FEISHU_GROUP_POLICY=allowlist, an unmentioned message is rejected before reaching this branch unless it is also in the existing FEISHU_ALLOWED_USERS allowlist.

This clears the sender identity before gateway authorization. The new FEISHU_GROUP_ALLOWED_USERS path requires source.user_id, but _is_user_authorized() rejects a missing user ID unless FEISHU_GROUP_ALLOWED_CHATS already matched. The user-scoped setting therefore cannot authorize an actual shared-session trigger.
Summary
FEISHU_GROUP_ALLOWED_USERSandFEISHU_GROUP_ALLOWED_CHATS.Root Cause
Feishu can receive all group messages after opening
im:message.group_msg, but Hermes only had the Telegram-style observe-unmentioned path. Without a Feishu-specific observe mode, broad group-read permissions risked treating normal group chatter as agent work instead of context.Validation
