Fixes #55846.\n\nAdds Claude Sonnet 5 to the Anthropic, Copilot, OpenRouter, and Nous curated catalogs. Also merges in-repo curated fallbacks with remote manifests so a stale hosted manifest or live OpenRouter model feed cannot hide newly-curated entries.\n\nTests: python catalog check for provider_model_ids('anthropic'/'copilot'/'openrouter'/'nous') plus python -m json.tool website/static/api/model-catalog.json
