docs: fix small skill and cli references

Summary

• remove stale hermes-agent skill references to the nonexistent /skill command and the /q quit alias
• rename the optional here.now skill frontmatter id to the valid here-now form
• document the hermes -z compatibility boundary and current lack of --timeout support for one-shot/chat invocations

Thanks for the focused documentation cleanup. I found no blocking issue.

• skills/autonomous-ai-agents/hermes-agent/SKILL.md:315, :362, and :920 still contain the stale /skill and /q guidance; hermes_cli/commands.py:110-111 assigns /q to /queue, while :253-254 gives /quit only the /exit alias.
• optional-skills/productivity/here-now/SKILL.md:2 still disagrees with its here-now directory. tools/skills_hub.py:3240-3248 fetches the optional skill under its directory name, while :3291-3307 exposes its frontmatter name; the proposed alignment is consistent with the related mismatch discussed on here-now skill uses invalid frontmatter name 'here.now' #53382 and PR fix(skills): preserve official optional-skill frontmatter names #27471.
• hermes_cli/_parser.py:102-114 registers -z/--oneshot, and its current top-level/chat parser surface has no --timeout option. The compatibility note accurately narrows Docs/compat: clarify hermes -z version boundary and timeout support for one-shot/chat CLI #25121 to documentation.
