What does this PR do?

Fixes a dashboard profile-switch bug where the Chat tab's top-right MODEL card showed stale model and credential warnings from the dashboard launch profile instead of the profile selected in the sidebar switcher.

The embedded terminal PTY already receives ?profile= and runs under the correct profile, but the JSON-RPC sidecar (ChatSidebar → /api/ws → session.create) did not pass profile. The gateway already supports profile-scoped session.create; this wires the management profile through and reconnects the sidecar when the switcher changes.

How to Test

Open the dashboard Chat tab with at least two profiles that use different models (e.g. default vs coder).
Note the model shown in the terminal status line and in the top-right MODEL card.
Switch profiles via the sidebar profile switcher.
Confirm the MODEL card updates to the selected profile's model and credential warning (should match the terminal, not stay on the launch profile).

Before: switching to coder updated the terminal model (laguna-m.1:free) but the MODEL card still showed the launch profile (gemma:12b-65k + wrong API key warning).

After: MODEL card reconnects under the selected profile and matches the terminal.
