fix(dashboard): scope sessions and analytics to selected profile

Summary

Dashboard Sessions and Models/Analytics now follow the global profile selector instead of always reading the dashboard process profile.

Changes

• web_server.py: add profile routing to session list/search/detail/stats/delete/export/prune endpoints and analytics/model-analytics endpoints.
• api.ts: pass the selected management profile through the Sessions and Analytics API helpers.
• Tests: add two-profile regression coverage for session/history reads and model/usage analytics reads.
