Summary

Makes provider setup a first-class desktop settings surface and aligns it with the current design system (flatter chrome, shared controls, less visual noise).

This replaces the old "Tools & Keys"-only flow where provider credentials were mixed into a generic env-var list and OAuth was effectively terminal-first.

What Changed

Added a dedicated Settings → Providers page with a deep-linkable subview split:
- Accounts (OAuth / subscription sign-in)
- API keys (direct credential entry)
Added nested Providers subnav in Settings via pview query param (accounts / keys) so links are addressable and refresh-safe.
Wired provider-launch handoff from settings into onboarding (startManualProviderOAuth) and hardened pending-provider launch behavior so queued deep-links are only cleared once launch actually starts.
Expanded provider grouping + longest-prefix matching so vendors like xAI/Ollama classify correctly instead of falling into "Other".
Extracted shared env credential logic (env-credentials.tsx) and removed redundant channel-managed messaging keys from the generic keys page.

API Keys UX (Design Pass)

Reworked keys view into a per-provider inline row model:
- primary key input always visible per provider
- advanced provider vars (base URL / secondary vars) revealed on expand
- set keys show redacted placeholder, Save appears only on edit, Remove shown only when set
Hid redundant alias key fields unless already set, reducing duplicate “paste key” inputs.
Flattened visual chrome to match newer desktop UI:
- removed extra card rails/dividers around provider key rows
- removed nested Providers rail border in sidebar
- replaced bespoke text links/buttons with shared Button text variants
- improved inline key input readability (font sizing)

Accounts UX

Keeps onboarding parity by reusing the same provider row components and flow semantics from first-run onboarding.
Reason notice remains neutral (not error-styled) and suppressed during active flow states.

Manual Test Plan

Open Settings → Providers.
Verify Accounts / API keys subnav toggles and URL deep-linking (?tab=providers&pview=...) are stable.
In Accounts, select a provider and confirm OAuth flow starts in-app and returns correctly.
In API keys, verify per-provider inline key rows, advanced row expansion, Save/Remove behavior, and redacted placeholders.
Confirm provider grouping labels are correct (xAI/Ollama no longer appear as "Other").

Re: the "secret pattern in diff" finding — this is a false positive. The only sk-…-looking string in the diff is an illustrative placeholder in a code comment in desktop-onboarding-overlay.tsx:

It's not a real credential — it documents the redacted-value display format. No secrets are committed (verified: no key/token literals in the added lines).
