Summary

• Carry kb-engine review-session metadata through Telegram queue preview and confirm flows.
• Add button-driven confirmation for queue text previews while retaining text fallback.
• Put preview leases inside user_confirmation for confirmed queue decisions and render blocked/stale lease results as blocked, not applied.
