Adds the contributor email mapping for Jack Yang (@0xjackyang) so future release-note generation attributes commits correctly. Salvage of #27964 by @0xjackyang.
Pre-stages AUTHOR_MAP entries for 5 new contributors whose PRs are being salvaged in the May 2026 low-hanging-fruit batch (group 7). Lands ahead of the per-PR salvage PRs so they don't get blocked by AUTHOR_MAP CI.
