chore: remove personal name references

Summary

• Removes remaining case-insensitive references to jeff/jeffrey/farver from repository text files
• Removes one author email mapping containing the requested name substring

Verification

• git grep -n -i -E 'jeff|jeffrey|farver' -- . ':!.png' ':!.jpg' returned no matches
• git diff --check
• python3 -m py_compile scripts/release.py

Note: direct push to NousResearch/hermes-agent was denied for the authenticated account, so this branch was pushed to the authenticated fork and opened as a PR.
