feat(browser): support externally managed Camofox sessions

Salvages #23475 onto current main with a small follow-up.

Summary

Lets another app share its visible Camofox browser with Hermes — when CAMOFOX_USER_ID (or browser.camofox.user_id) is set, Hermes operates inside that identity instead of creating its own random userId/profile.

Changes

• tools/browser_camofox.py: identity override + optional existing-tab adoption (matches GET /tabs listItemId == session_key); soft cleanup honors externally managed sessions like managed_persistence does.
• hermes_cli/config.py: browser.camofox.{user_id, session_key, adopt_existing_tab} defaults.
• Tests: 6 new cases covering env override, config fallback, env-over-config precedence, listItemId-matched tab adoption, managed_persistence opting in, soft cleanup of externally managed sessions.
• Docs: environment-variables.md, configuration.md, features/browser.md.

Follow-up commit (mine):

• .env.example: CAMOFOX_URL + the 3 new CAMOFOX_* env vars.
• scripts/release.py: AUTHOR_MAP entry for @db-aeon.

Validation

• scripts/run_tests.sh tests/tools/test_browser_camofox_persistence.py tests/tools/test_browser_camofox_state.py tests/tools/test_browser_cleanup.py → 39/39 pass.
• E2E with isolated HERMES_HOME + env vars: identity override applied, tab adoption picks listItemId-matched tab over the other, soft cleanup preserves the external session.
