feat(skills/stocks): add optional Yahoo Finance market data skill

Adds an optional `stocks` skill under `optional-skills/finance/stocks/` — five-command Python CLI (`quote`, `search`, `history`, `compare`, `crypto`) hitting Yahoo Finance with stdlib only. No API key required; `ALPHA_VANTAGE_KEY` is optional for backfilling crumb-protected fields.

Salvages #2014 by @Mibayy.

Changes

• `optional-skills/finance/stocks/SKILL.md` — modernized frontmatter (description 57 chars, `platforms: [linux, macos, windows]`, contributor + Hermes credit, related skills cross-link)
• `optional-skills/finance/stocks/scripts/stocks_client.py` — 755 LOC, stdlib only (urllib, cookiejar, argparse). Yahoo crumb/cookie handling, retry + exponential backoff, optional Alpha Vantage enrichment
• `scripts/release.py` — AUTHOR_MAP entry for `mibay@clawhub.io`

Polish on top of contributor commit

• Relocated to `optional-skills/finance/stocks/` (was top-level under `finance/`, would have collided with sibling modeling skills)
• Description trimmed 154 → 57 chars
• Frontmatter: added `platforms` gating (audited script — pure stdlib, all-OS), bumped author to `Mibay (Mibayy), Hermes Agent`, fixed install paths in prose to match actual hub install location
• Contributor authorship preserved via rebase merge

Live-tested all five commands against Yahoo Finance from this worktree:

Why optional, not bundled

Yahoo's API is unofficial and rate-limited; not every user needs market data. Lives in `optional-skills/finance/` alongside the existing modeling skills (DCF, LBO, comps).
