Adds hermes skills reset (with --restore / --yes flags) to the CLI reference. Subcommand exists in hermes_cli/main.py:9305 but wasn't listed in the docs.

Changes:

  • website/docs/reference/cli-commands.md (+3)

Closes #11544 via salvage.

updated. Adds the subcommand to the table and usage examples.
