Summary

Adds user-facing docs for the three new delegation.* config keys landed by the orchestrator/width-depth salvage (max_concurrent_children, max_spawn_depth, orchestrator_enabled), and corrects one stale line that survived from the original contributor PR.

Changes

  • user-guide/configuration.md §Delegation — the three keys are now in the canonical config.yaml reference, plus a paragraph on defaults, clamping, role-degradation semantics, and the 3×3×3 = 27-leaf cost scaling.
  • reference/environment-variables.md — adds DELEGATION_MAX_CONCURRENT_CHILDREN to the Agent Behavior table (config.yaml takes priority).
  • user-guide/features/delegation.md — fixes the Batch Mode Details line that still claimed 'default 5 tasks, absolute cap of 8'. The salvage kept concurrency at default 3 with no hard ceiling, and returns a tool error on excess rather than truncating — updated wording matches reality.
