Add a new skill under skills/productivity/canvas/ that integrates with the Canvas LMS REST API using personal access token authentication. Includes a Python CLI wrapper (canvas_api.py) with list_courses and list_assignments commands, plus SKILL.md with setup instructions and API reference.

Merged via PR #3799. Your Canvas LMS skill was cherry-picked onto current main with authorship preserved. Moved to optional-skills/productivity/canvas/ (better fit for niche integrations), fixed the hardcoded ~/.hermes/ path to use $HERMES_HOME, and cleaned up the .env.example. Thanks for the contribution!

I'm going to be honest, I was working on the Hermes hackathon with Claude and accidentally posted this as a pull request for the main Hermes rather than my fork. That is why it was terribly formatted. Thanks for figuring out a way to add it!
