delete_profile() already releases holographic memory_store.db handles. It did not close shared SessionDB handles from hermes_state_registry, so Windows rmtree could still hit WinError 32 on state.db.

This adds close_all_under next to MemoryStore.release_all_under. It waits for an admitted last-release teardown even when the generation is already gone.

tests/hermes_state/test_shared_session_db_registry.py::TestCloseAllUnder (3 passed on this host, including the wait-for-teardown case)

Inode-replacement tests in that file still fail on Windows (os.unlink of a live SQLite file). That is pre-existing and not this PR.

delete_profile already force-closes holographic memory_store.db in this process, but the shared SessionDB registry kept state.db open. Recreate then failed with a replaced/locked database. Close every shared handle under the doomed directory, same contract as MemoryStore.release_all_under. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

close_all_under returned after the last release dropped the generation and before the physical close finished, so rmtree still saw the open handle. Wait directory-matching teardown barriers the same way close_all does.

Tests cover inside-only scoping, no-op (returns 0), delete→recreate, and the admitted-teardown wait. Good.

fix(cli): wait for SessionDB teardown when deleting a profile

b093dfe

close_all_under returned after the last release dropped the generation and before the physical close finished, so rmtree still saw the open handle. Wait directory-matching teardown barriers the same way close_all does.
