Users are confused about the difference between `hermes model` (terminal command for full provider setup) and `/model` (session command for switching between already-configured providers). This distinction was not documented anywhere. Summary
Users are consistently confused about the difference between
hermes model(terminal command) and/model(in-session command). This came up again in Discord tonight — a user couldn't figure out why/modelonly showed OpenRouter models and couldn't add a new provider.The distinction was not documented anywhere. This PR adds clear, prominent callouts across all 4 doc pages where model switching is discussed.

This is the #1 source of confusion for new users. The tradeoff of having
/modelfor mid-session switching is worth it, but only if the docs make it crystal clear that/model!=hermes model.
