Add autocutsel X11 tool.

Good, it builds!
Now it deserves a little cleaning. Proper indentation to 2 spaces, and you can skip the void maintainers; you can either leave it without maintainers, or add yourself to pkgs/lib/maintainers.nix and then become a maintainer for this package. :)

Being a maintainer will allow other people to contact you (you should set up simply the name and the e-mail address), and if hydra builds the package, hydra will tell you by e-mail if it changes its build status from success->failed or vicervesa.
