• Added the now included udev rules in the repo.

@pbsds I was actually waiting to approve, because there was a freezing issue. Luckily, it was resolved with a system update, but it still would have been better to not merge before reviews are finished.

I am sorry. I merged without any week+ wait due to the 11.by: package-maintainer label, and there not being any indication of any issues in the thread. In the future if you are aware of any possible merge blockers i encourage you to mention so in a comment while investigating.
