Yes good catch. For some reason we run into the same annoying onnxruntime::OnnxRuntimeException even though pythonImportsCheck and checkPhase are disabled...

I propose to mark aarch64-linux as broken. It's quite annoying to go around the onnxruntime issue.

Why this issue does not exist on x86_64/darwin? Why only aarch64-linux? This seems too specific and suspicious

No, we have known about this bug for a while now and it is indeed aarch64-linux-specific.
