The circumstances under which I encountered an error are a bit muddled, but caution and the observations mentioned above suggested a revert until someone has a chance to look more closely. It's probably something easy, but unfortunately I don't think I'll get to this anytime soon. |

NO_PERL_CPAN_FALLBACKS, see 2.17.0 release notesMy usage only encountered minor strangeness but until this is revisited and vetted to be handled properly I think it should be reverted.
