apple-sdk: set dontCheckForBrokenSymlinks

Should fix https://hydra.nixos.org/build/286340056.

@reckenrode any ideas on whether this is intentional, or if undesirable, what the solution is?

• For non-Linux: Is sandboxing enabled in nix.conf? (See Nix manual)
  • sandbox = relaxed
  • sandbox = true

  • or, for functions and "core" functionality, tests in lib/tests or pkgs/test
  • made sure NixOS tests are linked to the relevant packages
