zettlr: 3.2.0 -> 3.3.1 and make it possible to take commandLineArgs

I wish to use this version or later because it includes updating for Electron 33.
So adding --enable-wayland-ime --wayland-text-input-version=3 makes it possible to use IME on Wayland. electron/electron#33662 (comment)
