- clean-up expression - allow parallel building - and add luaSupport flag (which is 'false' by default)

I added Apache 2.4 next to version 2.2 without touching the old expression so that both versions can be deployed in parallel. |

The new version works fine for me. It would be great if those who use PHP and other extensions could do a quick check before we merge the change, though.
