Another minor update: https://github.com/libbpf/libbpf/releases/tag/v1.4.2

Since we have libbpf 1.4.0 -> 1.4.1 in staging it makes sense to get this in too before the staging merge to avoid rebuilding half the world immediately (I guess?)

• I've checked libbpf/bcc/bftrace/pahole build on master/x86_64 with this update (nowhere enough of cpu to try staging)

Nit: this argument doesn't work, because the world rebuilds all the time on staging and you've already missed PR #309297 anyway (so they won't be together).
