Description of changes
QGIS and QGIS-LTR are heavily depending on
sip. Make sure they build correctly aftersipupgrades.This change was triggered by #281100 .
#281100 should be fixed by #281180 which is already merged in
staging.NOTE: #283718 is also needed to fix build of
qgis-ltrThings done
