• bump of ansible-lint from 6.21.1 to 6.22.1
• bump of ruamel-yaml (0.17.32 → 0.18.5) which is required since 6.22.0.

Closing this PR as ruamel-yaml was updated through #271586 and ansible-lint has a newer version with a new PR #281875
