libwacom only holds tablet descriptions for different tablets to be properly recognized in f.x. GNOME and does not add new features to the wacom driver (outside of new tablet descriptions). So this should be a simple merge outside of the large percentage of affected packages.
Recommended to backport to 23.05 as it safely adds support for more tablet devices, such as Lenovo Yoga 7 and HP x360 laptops.
