This broke build of intel-media-driver: https://hydra.nixos.org/build/198821403
Updating to the next release would conflict with the Debian's patch that we apply.

/cc also the other maintainer: @jfrankenau.
(Note that when this got merged, no breaking changes were allowed in staging for a few days already. Though I expect the transition didn't get much publicity.)

Let me try to fix that.

Even if it got merged outside of that it would be a problem because intel-media-driver is required for hardware acceleration on newer Intel iGPUs.
