Description of changes

First small package required for running Stable Diffusion on NixOS without external dependencies.

Is there any other reason why you kept this as draft ?
I think the effort to try to get stable diffusion running is a nice one!

Yeah, at that time build of qudida was broken because of bug of opencv pkg in nixpkgs, which I eventually fixed in #208351 . However, I haven't found time to return to upstreaming required packages into nixpkgs after that, concentrating more on keeping updating necessary packages in my flake.
I don't think I will be able to return to that in a near future, so I probably close this PR.
If you want to run Stable Diffusion in NixOS, you can use either my flake or https://github.com/nixified-ai/flake
