It's an ugly solution (like before), but some of us want to
nix-build nixos/tests/foo.nix
This PR makes that possible once more for tests are wired with `make-test-python.nix`.

It's not pretty, but it works and doing nix-build on a test is IMHO the easiest and most intuitive way of invoking a test, so 👍

It's an ugly solution (like before), but some of us want to
nix-build nixos/tests/... .nix. This PR makes that possible once more for tests are wired withmake-test-python.nix.Addresses "kernel-generic tests don't evaluate right now" in #193561
