Motivation for this change

Adding the esy package is one step towards integrating the esy package manager with Nix.

Things done

• Tested using sandboxing (nix.useSandbox on NixOS, or option sandbox in nix.conf on non-NixOS linux)
• Built on platform(s)

  • other Linux distributions
• Tested via one or more NixOS test(s) if existing and applicable for the change (look inside nixos/tests)
• Tested compilation of all pkgs that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nixpkgs-review --run "nixpkgs-review wip"
• Tested execution of all binary files (usually in ./result/bin/)
• Determined the impact on package closure size (by running nix path-info -S before and after)
• Ensured that relevant documentation is up to date
• Fits CONTRIBUTING.md.

Tested by building with Node.

I'm not sure where the util-linux -> utillinux change came from; I can revert that as necessary if it's not part of the process. I just followed the documentation for adding an NPM package to nixpkgs.

it comes from node2nix. Maybe we need to bump it in nixpkgs to fix svanderburg/node2nix#213. Please revert it. Also I am probably going to take your PR and merge it with two other nodePackages updates.
