Closes NixOS/nixos-summer#46

TODO: @Erethon set up redirects from summer.nixos.org so we don't lose entry points from search engines

That way the redirects set up in ngi-nix/ngipkgs#476 can be maintained in one place rather than relying on GitHub

@thilobillerbeck it would be really cool if we could associate those Summer of Nix blog posts with a central location for all related information, such as #1642. If people pick up one of the old URLs they will be redirected to some random-looking place on nixos.org from which there will be no obvious way where to find up to date information. But if we link it up at the source level, we could generate a highlighted box that will point people to the right place.

So your plan would be to flag posts as "summer of nix" and then display some kind of hint pointing people to a page where they could find more information?

Maybe we can add some kind of dictionary in the metadata that can be filled with related info messages and a link each. So for example release blog posts can also point to important directions.

You want to wait for this to be implemented or should I merge this as is?

Let's merge it, we can still get back to the annotations later. The PR lists all the relevant blog posts we'd need updating.
