Motivation
Remove the
$out/nix-support/propagated-build-inputsfile when static due to NixOS/nixpkgs#83667. Found this via a series ofnix why-dependsandnix path-info -rContext
@tomberek and I found this while fixing static builds on aarch64-linux in nixpkgs.
